Online Print Shop
Fully integrated with our MIS platform, the online print shop provides a feature rich solution for displaying product catalogues, instant pricing calculators, estimated production turnarounds, product attributes and more.
Customers can upload files, select design options and track their order directly from their account in the store. As with our custom quotations, our online print shop comes ready integrated with Sage Pay and Sage 50 accounting suite for complete accounting automation. Other integrations can be included on request.

Whether you want to provide pricing estimations and quotations via email, within the online print shop or both, our quotation software provides the ultimate flexibility for any requirement including custom once off estimates or instant pricing calculators.
Quotations or estimates are sent to your customers email automatically through the software, where they are able to accept and pay for quotes directly from their email securely through Sage Pay or a custom integration.
Our ecommerce platform is fully integrated into the Printaccounts MIS, with an easy to use product and category manager. Here you will find all the neccessary settings for product management for your front-end website, as well as serving as a product catalogue for your estimation team.
You are able to set individual VAT rates, from Prices, connected calulators, product visibility online, etimated turnarounds, product attributes, artwork engines, connected download files, related products, SEO tags and more. Set which department each product is assigned to in order to manage the workflow post purchase, along with a useful multi-department setting for products that belong to different department depending on quantities ordered.
Our email templates provide a feature rich HTML editor for professional email design templates. Set email templates for automated email notifications, triggered by staff users during prepress, production and dispatch. This helps keep your clients aware of where their order is within the production workflow, and removes an administrative correspondence tasks.
You can set your own custom email templates and triggers which may include but are not limited to Site Registration, New Quotation, Quote Accepted, Order Placed, Order Status Update, Contacts and Artwork File Proof Upload.
Order status updates are futher created to notify your customer the status of their order, and to remove any repetitive tasks such as file approval or informing customers if their are artwork issues such as low resolution, incorrect file set up and more.
Set special offers with offer codes for sales campaigns to be displayed on your front-end website. Set the offer start and end dates, and apply a percentile or fixed rate reduction.
Special offers are displayed on the home page, with an automated count down for expiration. Turn off and save special offers for later use, great for seasonal marketing campaigns.
